Orders Processing: Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm EST (Public Holidays Excluded)
Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This means we’ve received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We will process the charges and submit the order for shipment within 24 hrs of receiving your order.
Tracking Numbers will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.
In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped. To ensure there is no delay, please respond to any email/phone call from our Customer Service team.
Customs/Duties: Free Shipping does not cover brokerage fees, taxes, tariffs or duties. Borża does not pay these fees for the customer. Please check with your local government agency to determine the applicable tariffs.
If you would like to cancel an order, please provide your order number and email within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been placed, you may not be eligible for cancellation.
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can request a refund or exchange in items as long as the package is still in its original packaging, undamaged and unworn. You may submit a refund or exchange request up to 30 days from receiving the product.
